My friend camps here EVERY summer and she loves it! The campsite is clean and well treed. Everyone there seems really friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable too.
We stayed at Murray Doell Campground but came to Sandy Beach to do a GPS fairyhouse walk. It was so cool. We loved it! At the main gate they give you a GPS and a handout that contains facts about the area as well as a trivia question for each of the 4 houses hidden within the campground. The kids each recieved a souvenir for answering their questions correctly. It's a short hike and could easily be done by younger kids too, mine are 9 and 11. Would love to see something like this at all provincial parks.

Clean campground with friendly park staff. Newly upgraded showers and fish cleaning tables. Nice beach area that is a quick walk to the concession.
